Lackis and Rachel - ellocolupus@shaw.ca of Aldergrove, British Columbia, Canada
Hey David,
Saw you yesterday at Deer Lake and had a chance to briefly chat. Great set man..... way to shred a guitar up and your band is super tight. You were mentioning some new strings that work for you and they are cheap but because of past drug use I can't remember the name of them... ahahahah. Do they make them for 5 string or upright bass? Can I get them in the lower mainland? If you would be so kind as to e-mail me the name that would be great... cheap is good. Once again great show... way better than Ike and the Tina wanna be... ahahaha... rock on and... gogo habs gogo
David Love - cdjlove@island.net of Port McNeill, British Columbia, Canada
David, The only reason I listened to your music (and the first time I ever heard your name) was when you were about to jam with my brother-in-law on the Roland stage at the Vancouver Island Music Fest (Bill Usher - precussionist and past Juno winner). I am glad it happened. I was so impressed that I made the specific effort to listen to you while on the Main Stage.
Having grown-up in the '70's and '80's, it was very easy for me to, with much pleasure, recognize the Johnny Winter and Stevie Ray Vaughan infulence in your music. Did you know that your music is also reminiscent of Jerry Doucette and Trooper?
Regardless, your music is most uniquely your music, and I sincerely hope you continue to make it. I wish you the very best of luck. David
djmark - djskidmark68@hotmail.com of Prince George, British Columbia, Canada

Hey David love Skeleton Key...especially the title track, listening to it as I surf. Plan on coming up to the Fort for a gig soon? I saw you at a house gig in Saltair a while back and we get our Xmas tree from your dad every year...I now work in the Fort but maintain a home just down the road from The Bungee Zone....
Don Ebert - ebertdr@yahoo.ca of Val-des-Monts, Quebec, Canada
Hi David. I can't get the Skeleton Key CD I bought from you and had you sign at the Bluesfest in Ottawa in July 2002 out of my player. I keep hearing your songs on CHEZ 106 and I look forward to your return in October. I wish you could have been at the main stage at Bluesfest so more people could have been overwhelmed by your music. Keep it up!
Ron McKee - Ronsongs@shaw.ca of Fort Mcmurray, Alberta, Canada
Hey David, I left Nanaimo for work and before I arrived I heard Personal Jesus on the radio. The song is all over the radio up here. People are diggin' it. It would be nice to see you swing by on your next trip through Edmonton. There is a blues pub up here called Minglers. I'm sure you would kill there. Anyway, keep it happening and say hi to Peter and Joe for me. Ron
Scott Riddell - wallcrawler22@msn.com of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

The new material sounded perfect live, you never dissapoint for a show. I think I Can Still Hear You Crying is my new fav track, and Personal Jesus just rocks. Ah hell, they're all really good. "I Can Still Hear Myself Crying" - of Prince George, British Columbia, Canada
Okay Mr.Gogo....I don't even need to check the schedule anymore to know that you do not have any shows booked in the neglected northern half of BC. We're all very sad about this....listening to the CD's is only good for so long...we need some REAL Gogo up here. P.S. "The Rouge" is a new restaurant in town that has live music...maybe an idea????
Jeff Bryant - bryantj@em.agr.ca of Lacombe, Alberta, Canada

Much enjoyed your performance at the Edgewater last week. Let me know when you are back this way and sell me a CD personally--you'd have to email to my friend's address listed here. Hope you worked all that anger out OK.
Robert DeNeef - jaybar@mail.ocis.net of Kamloops British Columbia, Canada
I am absolutley beside myself to try to choose the right words, on my feeling and appreciation, for the whole OUTSTANDING production that has gone into your Skeleton Key CD. This is my first David Gogo CD. It really, I mean this, brought tears to my eyes. I am forever finding it difficult to fine your mix. I will be looking into your tours dates. Thanks again for this overwelming CD.

Hi David! I'm an electric Blues fan. You're one of the best blues guitar players these days along with Chris Duarte, Melvin Taylor, Kenny Wayne Shepherd. Congratulations to your albums.
Robert Davis - rdavis@clickonline.com of Toronto, Ontario, Canada
David, I had the pleasure of being in your guitar workshop at the 2002 Hornby Island Blues Camp. I want to say that you did a great job and your preparation to teach that workshop was evident. Thank you. My question is about the Ibanez pedals that you favour. What model? Is it the Tube Screamer? Where can I get more info about the pedal? Thank you.
Steven Lees - mrsteve2001@hotmail.com of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Davie Gogh! 'Sup, old bean? Thought you could get rid of me? Guess again! HAHAHA! Keeping busy, I hope. Congrats on the wee one, btw. I'm still living large in Kits, getting ready to go back to Japan soon. Grumpa Dirty Dog rolls in from time to time, chews and cusses, then heads back to the mountains, tail wagging and such. Anyhow, nice site. Glad you're doing yer thang. I think I'll listen to the Rude Mood demo for kicks. "Shake It, Babe". Laters!
MacMahon - macmahon@medscape.com of Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada
Don't be depressed by the name of the town. I thought you and your band's show was great at Georgian College. I would like to see you with a fun crowd. I bought two of your CD's and I am enjoying them hugely! Again, I thought the concert in Owen Sound last night was great!
Judy Ruest - marcjudy@msn.com of Siegas, New Brunswick, Canada

I really love blues/rock and you are an exceptional artist. I will be looking in stores for your cd's. I'm glad that I found a Canadian blues singer. You just made yourself a fan for life. And if you ever consider coming in New Brunswick I'll be there for sure!!

Mike Lukanchoff - mikescorpio69@hotmail.com of Gabriola-transplanted to Toronto, Canada
Dave, ya may not remember me, I hung with Mike Walsh, Andrew Scott, and Quentin Stewart.
I moved from Gabriola a couple years ago to this volumous metropolis known as Toronto. I was checkin out the Toronto Sun on Friday when I saw yur name highlited in the entertainment section.
I thought, "Holy shit... that's a blast from the past!!" The last time I saw you, was at a Sunday jam at The Surf Lodge on Gabe. Needless to say, I was surprised to see you were playin at Jeff Healy`s on Bathurst, and was most disappointed to miss the show, due to employment reasons. But if yur in town again, e-mail me. Lemme know and I'll pack the place with my budz rest assured.
Anyway Dave gotta fly "Rock On man". Say hi to Gord and Connie for me...
Sylvie Roy - vieroy63@hotmail.com of Gatineau, Quebec, Canada

I must admit I am a music fan and lover... your amazing guitar playing gets inside me and takes over!!! THE DANCING WITCH who unfortunately for her would have turned into a pumpkin if she didn't leave by midnight. I had a blast! Thank you.
Cynthia - cindmcd65@sympatico.ca of Washago, Ontario, Canada
David I've been listening to your CDs all summer. One of your biggest fans turned me on to you :):):) You performed in the little town of Brechin, Ontario a few weeks ago and just blew my mind with your talent. You can tell you love what you do... I also came down to see you in Toronto, at Healey's bar.
I watched the reaction of people as your energy level grew after each song. So did the audience's. I myself could not stay in my seat... David you definetly have a gift. Looking forward to more David Gogo...YOU ROCK!!!!! :):) SEE YOU IN ONTARIO IN 2003.........
